Mental Health & Wellness
Serving middle school through adult women, and men 18 and up
We believe wellness is foundational to everything else we build. This pillar brings together culturally grounded health education, healing-centered community events, and dedicated programming for men, recognizing that mental health support has too often excluded or underserved the Black community.
Women's Health Programming addressing menopause, perimenopause, hormone health, sex education, weight management, pregnancy after 35, and dating violence, delivered through a lens that centers Black women's health experiences and outcomes.
Black Joy (Healing Circles) Community healing through connection and creativity, including paint and sip events, puzzles and chat gatherings, online improv, and community-building events held both virtually and in person. Healing does not always look like therapy. Sometimes it looks like joy, shared on purpose.
Men's Health Programming for Black men 18 and up addressing dating violence, mental health, and physical health, built on the understanding that men's wellness needs dedicated space and dedicated language.
