EmpowerHER Collective Inc. is a Black-centered, Black-led nonprofit building wellness, professional opportunity, and financial security for our community, and welcoming all who share our commitment to equity. Through peer-led wellness circles, culturally grounded health education, career and leadership development, and financial literacy programming, we translate research into action so that our community has direct access to the resources historically withheld from it.


We believe healing happens in community. That professional growth requires both skill and access. And that financial security is built through knowledge passed forward, not withheld.

EmpowerHER Collective Inc. exists to build a Black-centered ecosystem of care and opportunity. Our work is Black-led and Black-centered, and open to all who share our commitment to equity and collective advancement.
