Dr. Marva Tutt is an education leader, nonprofit founder, and human capital strategist committed to designing systems where women and children thrive. With more than two decades of experience in K–12 education and organizational leadership, she specializes in talent development, equity-centered strategy, and sustainable leadership practices.
Dr. Tutt is the Founder and Executive Director of Learning Futures Collective, a nonprofit dedicated to early childhood gifted education and educator innovation. Her work centers on voice, restoration, and ensuring high-capacity leaders do not have to lose themselves to lead. She believes empowerment is not accidental—it is designed.
