Kenya Reynolds is the Founder of Kay Reynolds Consulting and a seasoned operator with more than two decades of experience working across operations, Chief of Staff, and strategic advisory for mission-driven organizations, including social justice initiatives, nonprofits, startups, and tech-enabled companies. She is known for partnering closely with CEOs and leadership teams to translate vision into execution by building scalable systems, strengthening decision-making, and increasing leadership capacity. In parallel with her professional work, Kenya is a dedicated mentor with College & Community Fellowship and The Resolution Project, where she supports women and emerging leaders through pivotal transitions related to education, career development, and long-term stability. Her commitment to equity, access, and leadership development is deeply rooted in both lived experience and professional practice where she is passionate about advancing spaces that equip women, particularly Black women, to lead with confidence, clarity, and impact.
