Dr. Holly Davis is the Founder and Executive Director of EmpowerHER Collective Inc., where she leads with a deep commitment to advancing leadership, belonging, and collective empowerment for Black women and girls. She is a Learning and Development Facilitator, organizational consultant, and Fulbright Specialist with over 14 years of professional experience across human resources, nonprofit leadership, and corporate environments.
Holding a Doctor of Education, Dr. Davis bridges research and practice to design transformational programs grounded in mentorship, peer collaboration, and sustainable leadership pathways. Through EmpowerHER, she creates intentional spaces where women can grow, heal, lead, and thrive together.
Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience, she is dedicated to building community-centered initiatives that move beyond inspiration toward lasting opportunity, systemic impact, and generational change.
